With this in mind, SVP is launching a women’s network to attract more women to the industry and create an environment where women feel welcome and want to stay. Women may do fine without the financial industry, but the financial industry can’t thrive without women.
This network is open to those who identify as women and work within the financial industry.
SVP will host networking events in various locations across Sweden, with the goal of creating a space where women from different parts of the industry can connect, find inspiration, and support one another.
Their first event will be a breakfast seminar with lawyer and business leader Sabine Söndergaard, focusing on "Female Leadership in Male-Dominated Organizations."
